Collection and Use
PITC collects Personal Information of a Data Subject upon the consent of the Data Subject. The Personal Information collected shall be processed in connection with the Data Subject’s application for employment or in doing business / transaction with PITC.
Retention
All Personal Information collected shall be retained until necessary or in accordance with the policy of the National Archives of the Philippines and PITC.
Disclosure of Personal Information
Disclosure of personal information to third parties shall only be upon the consent of the Data Subjects. PITC shall ensure that the privacy policies of third parties provide a comparable level of protection as that of PITC and is compliant with the relevant laws and guidelines of the Philippines including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
PITC may also disclose personal data to law enforcement authorities, regulators, or other public authority in connection with any alleged violations by the Data Subject of the terms and conditions of his or her contract or agreement with PITC, law violations, subpoena, subject to and provided said public authority is duly authorized by law to obtain such information.

Website Privacy Policy
PITC Website uses Google Analytics in tracking down website performance. It does not gather personal information. It does gather non-personal from the browser whenever the site is visited. This may include Internet Protocol’s (IP) address, number of users on the site at the moment, user/users’ location, user/users’ devices, visited pages, traffic channel, popular pages, and navigation behaviour. These are reported through aggregated data that in no way will identify an individual.
PITC website does not maintain cookies and neither does it access third-party cookies from Google Analytics, which has its own privacy guidelines.
